I am very comfortable with Dr. Bajpai. In a few months time I know I can rely on him, and reach him when there is trouble. His schedule is not good as he wants to see me so early in the AM. He is very supportive and kind.

My husband had been treated by Dr Bajpai before his death in January 2022, After his death I fell into a deep depression and Dr Bajpai agreed to take me as a patient, he has been a resource of many ways to cope with my depression and prescribed medications that have greatly improved my outlook. I was struggling with some past due IRS taxes and he wrote an important letter to plead my case for dismissal. The IRS did dismiss the charges and I was freed from a very heavy burden of repayment. He has guided me through difficult times with my live-in grandson who is causing much chaos in the household. I have been better able to cope with his horrible language and behavior by meditation and nature therapy and detachment from the situation. i am certain that without his help I would probably still be in bed traumatized by my husband's death( we had been married almost years) . He helped me out of a very dark place and I am sincerely grateful.

I want to thank the doctor as well as Mary Ann (I am not sure of the spelling) for helping me fight the insurance company as they were able to get me a drug I have been taking for years at a reasonable price. The thought of paying well over a hundred dollars a month for something I had been getting in the tens of dollars was not one of joy. They were courteous and kept sending the insurance company forms on my behalf until there was an approval. Way to go!

Dr Bajpai treated my husband last year before his death and when I became incredibly depressed later in the year I sought his help again. He has been very helpful with adding and adjusting meds for my treatment. I am very grateful for his caring attitude.

Dr. Segall is the best psychiatrist I have come across in this area. Not only does he make time for me when I require an emergency appointment, but he is a good listener and very understanding and open to altering or switching medications if I express any concern.

Concise, clear communications and setting of targets

Dr Jain is great, she has been helping me the last 5 years, listening to me and modifying my prescription/dosages as needed. I've never had an issue with the Dr, front staff, or insurance.

After 4 months, I am still not getting relief for the insomnia - finding a proper medication that she thinks I can use due to my age and roster of medications;, we seem to have run out of options as I am high-risk she feels.. So I am trying to figure it out.
