Holly is a licensed clinical worker (LCSW) and trained psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience providing services to clients coping with a range of challenges and concerns.

Her career includes working in health care settings, oncology clinics, community agencies, and as a therapist for mental health providers and in private practice. 

Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based and she integrates modalities based on each client's goals. 

Holly completed her graduate degree at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, completed post-graduate certification in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and is trained in other modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Crisis Counseling, and Grief Therapy.

She works with older adolescents, adults, and elders with conditions such as: anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD and co-occurring challenges), adjusting to life events/transitions, parenting concerns (and parenting a special needs child) LBGTQ+, aging, illness, family caregiving, loss, and grief. 

In her spare time, she enjoys attending live music performances, yoga, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
